J\u00edme nap\u0159\u00edklad jogurt, ovoce, o\u0159echy, libov\u00e9 (ku\u0159ec\u00ed) maso, celozrnn\u00e9 pe\u010divo. Nezapom\u00edn\u00e1me p\u00edt, doplnit se mus\u00ed hlavn\u011b voda! Prov\u00e1d\u00edme fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dnou pr\u00e1ci Je\u0161t\u011b \u201enabuzen\u00ed\u201c fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm se hned pustit do fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, to tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed zrovna dobr\u00fd n\u00e1pad. Na\u0161e svaly jsou unaven\u00e9. Pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed se zregenerovat, doplnit \u017eiviny a vodu. T\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci je proto lep\u0161\u00ed napl\u00e1novat na dny, kdy nem\u00e1me tr\u00e9nink. Nebo po\u010dkat alespo\u0148 p\u00e1r hodin. Jinak se vystavujeme riziku nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9ho zran\u011bn\u00ed.Neodpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1me Z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e1 rada zn\u00ed \u2013 dop\u0159ejme na\u0161emu t\u011blu nezbytnou regeneraci!
